We are also planning various presentations on overland related topics, and trip reports, as well as ample opportunity to get out and explore the beautiful Ozark National Forest. We will post updates to this page as we finalize plans for this event.

Depending on sponsor donations we hope to also have various awards for different vehicle builds, trailer builds, best presentation, vehicle that travels the farthest, best campfire story, etc.

Classes, Presentations, Trip Reports
Each day there will be various classes, presentations, and trip reports. They will cover various overland related topics. Some possibilities are Basic Winching, Recovery Gear Overview, 4WD Systems Overview, Tire Tech/Repair, Vehicle Packing, Basics of Navigation, Off Road Safety, Outdoor Photography Tips, Basic First Aid, Camp Cooking, Trail Communications, Solar Power, Tread Lightly, On-board Water, and others. What presentations are offered will depend on attendance, volunteers, and scheduling. We will publish a final schedule as we get closer to the event.

Vendors/Exhibitors
We will be inviting vendors of overland related products to be a part of this event. Where would we be without our vendors! Each vendor booth will have a drawing for something valued at $100 or more. Attendees will need to register at each booth for the drawings they want to participate in. Winners will be announced during the Saturday night festivities. We invite you to visit our Vendor Spotlight page often to keep up with the vendors that have committed to attend this event.

Food Truck
We will have a food truck at the event so you can spend more time checking out the rigs, vendors, presentations, and trails and less time cooking! Hillbilly TaterDogs comes highly recommended and has a great menu and their prices are VERY reasonable so don't worry about packing all the cooking equipment and enjoy more of your time at Rendezvous in the Ozarks. Food truck will be available for lunch and dinner on Friday and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday.

Trail Time
We will allow time for those that would like to to get out on the trail and explore the Ozarks while at the Rendezvous. The Ozarks are beautiful in the Fall and there's trails for every level of experience and vehicle build! Warning some trails can be tight and surface scratches are likely. We recommend everyone have a 4wd with tow points front and rear, and off road capable tires, also a CB, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are recommended and we ask that everyone follow Tread Lightly principles while on the trail.

Jeep vs Toyota vs All Others!
Which group will have the most 3-day registrations for Rendezvous in the Ozarks in the competition period? We will have a special drawing at the event for the drivers of the vehicles represented by the winning group (regardless of when they registered) . If there's a tie there will be a tie breaker to determine the winning group. The drawing will be for product or gift certificate worth at least $200 (maybe more depending on the total number that register). The competition started midnight (central time) July 18th 2017 and will end at midnight central time on August 19th 2017. Everybody help get the word out to their group of choice! We will post the current count every Sunday on the Natural State Overland facebook page.
Camping: Camping and lodging fees are not included in your registration cost. You must contact Mulberry Mountain if you want to reserve an RV site at the event. If reserving an RV site the east side of the RV area will be closer to the event happenings. RV Sites 52-66 are the two rows closest to the primitive camping area and the event happenings. If you plan to primitive camp at the event you do not need to reserve a primitive site as there are not assigned campsites for primitive camping, there is a large tree shaded area designated for primitive camping and you just choose a spot upon arrival. You will need to stop at the Mulberry Mountain office as you enter the property and pay for your camping before proceeding to the event.
Refund Policy: If you cancel your registration by September 15th we will send any items that may have been included in your registration (ie. t-shirt, patch, etc) and refund $25 of any three day plus registration. If you cancel after September 15th you will not receive a refund but we will send any items that may have been included in your registration (ie. t-shirt, patch, etc) to you at no additional cost.
